This electrode sheet is based on Aluminum foil coated by Lithium Nickel Cobalt Aluminum Oxide (NCA811) on a single side and can be used as the cathode of Li-Ion battery -- 5 sheets /bag

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Material:  LiNiCoAlO2  (Ni:Co:Al = Ni:Co:Al=8.15:1.5:0.35)
  • Current collector (substrate): Aluminum foil (16 microns, area desnityof 4.22mg/cm2)
  • Coated Area: 241mm L x 175mm W. The edge width of blank area is 12.5 mm for each side.  
  • Single sides area density: 10.5 ± 0.20 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 2.8 ± 0.1 g/cm3
  • Coating Thickness: ~38 um
  • Total Thickness: ~54 um
  • Active Material Weight: 4.16 g
  • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 94% 
  • Specific Capacity: 190 mAh/g   
  • Note:  The electrode sheet shall be stored in a vacuum box, a vacuum oven or a glove box to avoid degradation.
