This electrode disc is single-side coated aluminum foil coated by Li4Ti5O12 (Titanate) and can be used as the anode for coin cell testing.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Material: Li4Ti5O12 (Titanate)
  • Current collector (substrate): Aluminum foil (15-16 um, area density of 4.22mg/cm2)
  • Coated Diameter: D16 mm, single-side
  • Single side area density: 11 ± 0.2 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 1.6 g/cm3
  • Coating Thickness: ~61 um
  • Total Thickness: ~76 um
  • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 95% (PVDF and Super P is 2% and 3%, respectively) 
  • Specific Capacity: 161.2 mAh/g [0.5C] [Electrolyte:1.0M LiPF6 in EC:DMC:EMC=1:1:1 Vol% with 1.0%VC]
  • Note: The electrode sheet shall be stored in a vacuum box, a vacuum oven or a glove box to avoid degradation.
