EQ-MTS01 is a Labview Based Temperature Control software tool to allow temp. profile editing, recipe management, data logging, graph plotting of MTI furnaces with YUDIAN 518P, 708P and 808P series controllers. 

SPECIFICATIONS:

Main Features
  • Designed to aid temperature recipe configuration, runtime temp. monitoring and data logging of MTI furnaces such as OTF-1200X, OTF-1500X, GSL-1600X, 1700X & 1800X.
  • Ability to provide individual temperature monitoring and control for each heating zone of your multi-zone furnace. (Up to three heating zones max.)
  • Concise UI design provides easy access to major functional keys (Run, Hold, Stop, Jump Steps), recipe maker, PV & SV display, temp. graph.
  • Quick, accurate temp display and data logging.
  • Easy installation, no registry modifications required.
  • Support for Windows  Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 (64 bit only)


User Friendly Interface
  • Temperature profile editor allows the creation of customized recipes for temp. control over different processes. Run, Hold, Stop, Jump Steps, recipe maker, PV & SV display, temp. graph on one interface. (See Pic.1 for details)
  • Allow temperature programming and monitoring for furnaces with 1 ~ 3 heating zones.  (See Pic.2 for details)
  • Real-time chart plotting (Y-axis: temperature; X-axis: time). Chart saving (.png file) and history clear are allowed. (See Pic.3 for details)
  • Continues data logging (.CSV file) for measured temperatures and time once "data record" function is activated. CSV file can be accessed by using MS Excel. (See Pic.4 for details)
  • Save recipe in .txt file for the future operation needs. (See Pic.5 for details)

System Compatibility
  • For MTI furnaces with 518P, 708P and 808P series controllers such as OTF-1200X, OTF-1500X, GSL-1600X, 1700X & 1800X,
Standard Package

  • The software tool includes:

    • Control modules to be installed on the temp. controller's PCB  (The number of the modules to be supplied will be dependent on the heating zones of the furnace)
    • One USB to Serial port cable (Adapter cable, for computer with only USB port available) 
    • One disc containing the temperature control software and USB to RS485 driver compatible with Windows XP/Vista/Win7/8/10 
Product Options      For a multi-zone furnace, please select the heating zone number in the product option bar accordingly. The current software version only supports operation for up to three heating zones. For the needs of 4~7 heating zones operation, please contact us for details.
