Automated Planetary Ball Mill (4 Stations, 8 Jars, 8 × 50 mL) - AM-SFM300

AM-SFM-300 is an automated planetary ball mill with a maximum speed of 300 rpm ( sun wheel) rotation, featuring programmable speed, precision position， and an automatic clamping of the milling grinding jar. It can be integrated with a robotic arm to achieve loading and unloading 8 jars and autonomous operation.

Application Notes	To avoid contamination, please pre-milling the material 2-3 times before normally milling, which can make a coating on the surface of the jar and balls. Please use one jar for one type of material. For milling the oxide material, please choose alumina/Nylon jars and zirconia media. DO NOT USE stainless steel balls in Alumina jars. Must place 4 jars or 2 in a symmetrical configuration with similar weights in the ball mill to keep balance during rotation. If using one jar, you must put another jar with the same weight in a symmetrical position. Otherwise, unbalanced rotation, especially one jar, may damage the machine.
