SYJ-30QY is a precision sampler for taking a cylinder sample or round wafer with 3 - 30 mm diameter from bulk material with max 50 mm thickness. The machine can take around samples from almost all kinds of materials, such as metal alloy, semiconductor, ceramic and plastics for TEM and SEM analysis.
